By creating an account, accessing, or using Shrinkiom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Shrinkiom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Shrinkiom provides online image compression, resizing, and format conversion tools. Our service allows users to reduce image file sizes while maintaining visual quality, supporting formats including JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF.

We offer both free and paid tiers. The free tier includes 10 image compressions per day. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited compressions and additional features as described on our pricing page.

You may create an account using email and password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Free accounts are limited to 10 compressions per calendar day. This limit resets at midnight UTC. Unused compressions do not roll over to the next day.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use Shrinkiom to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with our service
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or other means
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code through our platform

Shrinkiom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

While we strive to maintain high compression quality, results may vary depending on the source image. We recommend reviewing compressed images before final use. We are not responsible for any loss of image quality or data loss resulting from the use of our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrinkiom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Shrinkiom shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you have a free account.
